All Sales Are Final
For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products, including eyeshadows and lip glosses.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first:
